"So relieved the refund was quick"
I was a little worried about having to return it, but the whole process ended up being really easy. After trying it, I started the return and the refund came through quickly, which was a big relief.

"Prices were fine, I guess"
Some of the toys were priced decently, like, not a bad deal. A few others felt a little high for what they were though... I don’t know, just kind of depends on the item. Overall it wasn’t bad.

"Warning: checkout is almost too easy"
Just a heads-up for anyone shopping on Toyz N Fun: the site is really easy to use, maybe a little too easy if you’re trying not to buy things. I found what I needed quickly, and checkout didn’t make me jump through a bunch of hoops or fill out endless forms. My order went through smoothly with no issues at all.

"Looks legit, which was a relief"
I was a little worried I might get fooled or end up with something that looked fake, but this turned out to be really good. The quality seems solid, and it looks real to me. No issues so far.

I got exactly what I ordered and nothing was missing, so that was good. Shipping took a little longer than I expected... but overall, it was a smooth order.

"Helpful, but the first reply was a little light"
I had a question about my order and reached out to customer service. they got back to me faster than I expected. That part was nice. The first message though... kind of short. Not bad, just didn’t really answer everything I was wondering about.

But they did follow up, and that’s what mattered in the end. Got it sorted without too much back and forth. I’m giving 4 stars because the help was there, just wish the first reply had been a bit more complete.

"Shipping was fine, just slower than I hoped"
I ordered a toy from toyznfun.com, and as someone who gets a little impatient when I’m excited for a package, I was definitely checking the tracking more than I should’ve. The order did show up in good condition, and the tracking worked most of the time, so I can’t really complain too much.

The only downside was that shipping took a few extra days longer than I expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but I do wish it had been a bit faster and more reliable.
